Starbase is SpaceX's own launch site and factory at Boca Chica on the Gulf coast of Texas, built for one vehicle: Starship on the Super Heavy booster. Launch Library 2 counts 22 flights from this site to date, from the early suborbital hops to the orbital flights. Everything below is written into this page by the server, so it reads the same for people and for machines.
Every flight currently on the books for this site. Expect this table to be short: Starship flies in test campaigns, not on a schedule, and its dates are usually a quarter or a year rather than a time. Only rows with a clock time have a confirmed liftoff time. A one-line table here means one flight is on the books, not that data is missing.

Exactly one vehicle, flown by exactly one operator. Nothing but Starship has ever lifted off from this site, which makes it the only launch site on the T-Rocket map with a single rocket in its entire record. What changes over time is the pad and the version of the vehicle.

The two small pads where the early programme happened: the single-engine hop, then the high-altitude prototypes that flew a few kilometres up and came back down. They belong to the history of the site rather than to its schedule.
Starbase is different from every other site on this list in one important way: the public road and the public beach right next to the pads are closed by county order for every flight. So the first thing to understand is not where to go, but where you cannot go.
The viewing location named by the South Padre Island visitor bureau, at the southern tip of the island across the bay from the launch site. It is a Cameron County park, and the county publishes those opening hours. Neither source publishes a distance to the pad, so this page does not state one.
The county publishes the closure dates and times for Boca Chica Beach and Highway 4 on its own SpaceX page, and offers real-time updates by text message: send the word BEACH to 866-513-3475. A closure order usually names a primary date and one or two alternative dates, because a scrub moves the whole thing to the next slot.
The visitor bureau advises planning a three to four day visit to have a realistic chance of seeing a launch, because delays for weather or technical reasons are normal. For Starship in particular that is sound advice: the dates in the table above are usually placeholders.
The legal basis for the closures, if you want to look it up: Texas Natural Resources Code section 61.132 and a memorandum of agreement between Cameron County and the Texas General Land Office, plus a roadway closure traffic control plan authorised by the Texas Department of Transportation. The orders are signed by the Cameron County Judge.

Because it is a test site, not a service. Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg fly customer payloads on a finished rocket, several times a month. Starbase flies a vehicle that is still being developed, in campaigns: build, fly, learn, change the design, build again. Twenty-two flights in the whole record is not a quiet site, it is a different kind of site. The number that matters here is not launches per month, it is what changed between one flight and the next.
This page is about the place: which pads exist, what has flown from them, and how to get near it. The Starship page is about the vehicle and the programme, wherever it flies from. They overlap today because Starship only flies from here, but that is already changing: a Starship pad is being prepared at Kennedy Space Center and appears in its schedule.
NET is short for no earlier than. It is the earliest moment a launch can happen, not a promise. A launch can slip later by minutes or by months, and it will never lift off before the time shown. The status tells you how firm the date is: GO means confirmed for the listed time, TBC means the date is to be confirmed, TBD means it is still to be determined. Starbase rows are almost always TBD, which is honest rather than unhelpful.
